“It’s one thing to make a picture of what a person looks like, it’s another thing to make a portrait of who they are.” – Paul Caponigro

My Story

My Vision

My goal is to bring the best I can to the table when a client is interested in working with me. It is important to me to really listen to what my client is looking for and to make sure that I can provide them with what they need. I believe that the best photos can come from the mood of the subject and the photographer; if we are in-sync, there is no limit to what we can produce!

I started photography in 2000 when I attended a 9 week basic photography course. I moved to Alaska for the duration of this course so that I could learn outdoor photography; never in a million years did I think I would be where I am now. I shot outdoors for about 3 years and had moved to Seattle, WA after the 9 week course in Alaska. After the 3 years, I put the camera down  until I picked it back up in 2009. I fought very hard to achieve the style I was envisioning in my mind and I had to overcome an overwhelming amount of obstacles throughout my journey. I mainly shoot outdoors, using natural light only. I spent a good portion of the last 3 years photographing families and pageant children; however, my passion is Fashion Photography. -Ella G. About

I am an artist; nothing more and nothing less. My artistic vision began many moons ago and it has changed throughout time. A true artist is continuously re-inventing themselves and I have ventured through vast stages of my vision thus far. My technique varies to suit the situation and I pride myself on my composure and idealistic thinking. I am a Mother, a Wife, a Daughter, a Sister, and a friend. XOXO
